Refund Policy – All Sales Final

All sales are final. Donor Supplies does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or purchases.

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of fertility-related products and supplies, we cannot accept returned merchandise or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our customer support email. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy does not waive any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
